IMG has extended its international media rights to the Eredivisie for three seasons from the 2022-23 season, announced the media and marketing rights agency on 19/07/2022. The agreement between IMG and the Eredivisie, which began in 2000, had previously been renewed for four seasons until 2021-22 on 11/05/2017.

The agreement extends to IMG Arena, IMG's subsidiary dedicated to sports betting operators, which provides streaming and data rights to these operators. The Kauken Kampioen Divisie (Dutch second division), play-off matches for European Cups and promotion and relegation play-offs are also included in the agreement.

"We are excited to continue our already long-lasting partnership with IMG, to bring Eredivisie to the homes of audiences all over the world. Together, we have been able to grow Eredivisie's fan base over the years. We very much look forward to continuing to do so over the next three seasons," said Frank Rutten, managing director at Eredivisie Media and Marketing.
