Ligue 1 Uber Eats: Paris Saint-Germain to launch its first academy in Tokyo, Japan from January 2023

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) will open its first academy in Tokyo, Japan, where it was on tour to prepare for the 2022-23 season, "from next January (2023)," announced the club on 26/07/2022.

"The launch of the PSG Academy programme in Japan is a strong legacy of the tour. Since our arrival, we have felt the excitement of the fans every day, whether it was at the National Stadium, where we broke the attendance record, during training open to the public, or in our stores. With the addition of the PSG Academy, Paris Saint-Germain is now, by far, the best represented European football club on the pitch," said Sebastien Wasels, managing director Asia Pacific at Paris Saint-Germain.

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy, "a football school open to all children", boys and girls from 4 to 17 years old, is made up of 162 centres in 18 countries (United States, Canada, Brazil, France + French West Indies & French Guiana, Wales, England, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Qatar, Kuwait, Russia, Egypt, Senegal, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, and China).
