Italy/Lega Serie A: launch of a free platform dedicated to the broadcasting of highlights

The Lega Serie A has launched, as part of a two-year agreement (seasons 2022-23 and 2023-24) with Italian digital transformation company AdPlay Media, a new free-to-air platform in Italy dedicated to broadcasting highlights of all Serie A TIM, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana matches, announced the Italian league on 01/08/2022.

"AdPlay is in charge of developing a new platform, alongside the Lega Serie A's existing digital channels, on which the Italian league will distribute exclusive multimedia content of various types. The highlights will be available for viewing from three hours after the end of the matches, or after 23:30 for matches starting after 15:00, and for the following eight days," said the League.
