European Top 5: Bundesliga, Ligue 1 Uber Eats & Premier League to resume on Friday 05/08/2022

Eintracht Frankfurt - FC Bayern Munich at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt (GER) on Friday 05/08/2022 at 20:30 CET will be the first match of the 2022-23 season in the European Top 5, which will also mark the beginning of the Bundesliga's 60^th season.

Moments later, it will be the turn of the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and the Premier League to kick off their new seasons with Olympique Lyonnais - AC Ajaccio at the Groupama Stadium in Décines-Charpieu (FRA) and Crystal Palace FC - Arsenal FC at Selhurst Park in London (ENG), from 21:00 CET. The LaLiga Santander and Serie A TIM championships will not start until the following week, on Friday 12 and Saturday 13/08/2022 respectively.

The 2022-23 season will be exceptional in that, for the first time ever, the FIFA World Cup will be held during the winter period in Qatar, from Monday 21/11 to Sunday 18/12/2022. No European Top 5 matches will take place during this period.
