2022-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats: all you need to know about the 20 clubs

Paris Saint-Germain, the 2021-22 Ligue 1 Uber Eats champions, will put their title back on the line from Friday 05/08/2022, when the 2022-23 French championship season kicks off.

The capital club, who also won the Trophée des Champions (4-0 versus FC Nantes on 31/07/2022), will once again be able to count on their star trio of Kylian Mbappé (FRA), Lionel Messi (ARG) and Neymar Jr (BRA), reinforcing their status as favourites for the Ligue 1 title and hoping for a good run in the Champions League.

Like PSG, Olympique de Marseille have qualified directly for the group stage of the Champions League, which AS Monaco FC are also hoping to reach. The Monegasque club is currently playing in the third qualifying round of the competition (1-1 draw versus PSV Eindhoven on 02/08/2022 at the Stade Louis-II in the first leg, second leg on 09/08/2022) before a possible play-off in August.
