2022-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats: all you need to know regarding broadcasters in France and internationally

The video-on-demand platform Prime Video (Amazon), the pay and free-TV group Canal+ and the French telecommunications operator Free are the official broadcasters of the 2022-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season in France, the first matchday of which is scheduled from 05 to 07/08/2022.

• Amazon is broadcasting 85% of the matches on its platform via its Pass Ligue 1 offer, 80% of which are exclusive (the 10 top fixtures, 38 second choice matches, 10 third choice and choices 5 to 10). These rights were acquired for a sum of €250m per season on 11/06/2021.

• Canal+ broadcasts 76 matches (2 games per matchday, Saturday at 21:00 and Sunday at 17:00; 28 first choice matches, 10 third choice, 38 fourth choice) of which 57 are exclusive. These rights were acquired for €332m per year, under sublicense from the pay-TV group beIN Sports France, on 09/12/2019.

• Free holds the rights to broadcast match highlights on a near-live basis. These rights were acquired for €42m per season on 28/05/2018.
