2022-23 Serie A TIM: all you need to know regarding broadcasters in Italy and internationally

AC Milan - Udinese Calcio and UC Sampdoria - Atalanta BC, the first two matches of the 2022-23 Serie A TIM season, both scheduled to take place on Saturday 13/08/2022 at 18:30 CET, will be broadcast in Italy on DAZN, the OTT platform that holds the rights to all matches (including 7 out of 10 exclusively) over the 2021-2024 cycle for €840m per season.

Three games per matchday - UC Sampdoria - Atalanta BC, US Lecce - FC Inter Milan (on 13/08/2022, kick-off at 20:45 CET) and SS Lazio - Bologna FC 1909 (on 14/08/2022, kick-off at 18:30 CET) for Matchday 1 - are co-broadcast, in Italy, on the channels of Sky Italia. The pay-TV group has acquired these rights over the 2021-2024 cycle for an estimated €87.5m per season.

Sky Italia has signed a distribution agreement in Italy with DAZN on 04/08/2022. This agreement was made possible after the exclusive agreement for the 2021-2024 broadcasting rights to the Serie A TIM between DAZN and TIM, a brand of the telecommunications operator Telecom Italia, was renegotiated to become non-exclusive from the 2022-23 season.
