Spain: Chubb (insurance), regional partner of LaLiga for Latin America from 2022-23

Chubb, an insurance consortium made of 34 companies and based in Zurich (SUI), has become a regional partner of the Spanish leagues (LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank) for the Latin American market from the 2022-23 season, announced LaLiga on 09/08/2022.

"This is one of the first sponsorship agreements that we reached at a regional level for all of  Latin America," said Óscar Mayo, executive director of LaLiga. This agreement focuses on the regional brand Chubb Seguros and covers nine countries on the continent. It will "further connect Chubb and LaLiga’s brands with customers and fans and generate excitement for the football throughout the region."

The Swiss insurance company has the status of regional partner, the fourth level in LaLiga's sponsorship hierarchy. "The Chubb Seguros brand will have visibility throughout the season with a series of in-person, broadcast and digital activations for clients, distribution partners and employees," said LaLiga.
