NFL: ITV acquires the free-to-air broadcasting rights in the UK and Ireland for the 2022-2025 cycle

ITV has acquired the free-to-air broadcasting rights, for the United Kingdom and Ireland, to the NFL for the 2022-2025 cycle (three seasons), announced the British free-TV group on 17/08/2022.

ITV will broadcast the Super Bowl as well as two of the three regular season games to be played in London (New York Giants - Green Bay Packers at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 09/10/2022, and Jacksonville Jaguars - Denver Broncos at Wembley Stadium on 30/10/2022) in 2022. The British channel will also offer a weekly show starting from 09/09/2022 (the 2022 regular season kicks off on 08/09/2022).

The pay-TV broadcasting rights to the NFL, for the United Kingdom and Ireland, are held by the British operator Sky, which has extended its contract for the 2020-2025 period on 10/08/2020.
