Altice France/SFR: Grégory Rabuel steps down as CEO and is replaced by A. Dreyfuss and M. Cocq

Grégory Rabuel has stepped down as president and CEO of Altice France and SFR as of 23/08/2022, according to a memo from the telecommunications and media group to its employees on 23/08/2022. He had been in this position since 01/07/2021.

Arthur Dreyfuss, current CEO of Altice Media (RMC and BFM brands) since 01/07/2021, also becomes CEO of Altice France. Mathieu Cocq, until now president of SFR Caraïbes since July 2018 and SFR Réunion since June 2017, becomes CEO of the telecommunications operator. Arthur Dreyfuss is replaced as secretary general of Altice France-SFR, a post he had held since March 2018, by Laurent Halimi, executive legal director of the telecommunications and media group.

Éric Pradeau, current chief executive of the operator Coriolis Telecom, also replaces Fabien Costa as executive director of SFR's consumer business.
