Ligue 1 Uber Eats: TF1 extends agreement with Amazon to broadcast highlights on Téléfoot in 2022-23

The French free-TV group TF1 has extended its sublicense agreement with the American e-commerce group Amazon, concerning the broadcasting rights to Ligue 1 Uber Eats highlights for its weekly programme Téléfoot, for the 2022-23 season, announced the channel on 26/08/2022, two days before the first programme of the 2022-23 season (every Sunday at 11:00 CET).

On the occasion of the 2022 World Cup, which will take place in Qatar from 20/11 to 18/12/2022, the programme will also offer a new section called "Objectif Qatar". It will feature interviews with French players aspiring to take part in the competition with the national team. The programme will welcome former professional footballer Rio Mavuba as a new presenter.

"As a reminder, the show has achieved a six-year record among 25-49 year olds with 17% audience share and is up year-on-year among its core target group of men aged 25-49 with a 20% audience share. The show also achieved a record season for the past four years with a 13% audience share," said TF1.
