Los Angeles 2028: Fanatics (USA) appointed as official distributor of licensed products

Fanatics, a US-based manufacturer and distributor of licensed sports products, has become the official retail and licensed product distributor for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, announced the Los Angeles (California, USA) Organising Committee on 30/08/2022.

"LA28 will bring an expansive assortment of Olympic and Paralympic licensed merchandise to fans, including apparel, hard goods, memorabilia, collectibles and real-time, on-demand products. Additionally, LA28 will engage Fanatics to operate in-venue retail in and around the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and to continue to power LA28's online retail platform," explained the organisers.

Fanatics will manage all retail outlets at the various Los Angeles 2028 venues. The company, based in Jacksonville (Florida, USA), will also equip LA28 volunteers. The long-term agreement shapes how LA28 will develop and execute a retail strategy for fans, identifying new ways to reach customers, developing new product lines and customizing the fan retail experience," added the Organising Committee.
