FC Bayern Munich: president Herbert Hainer nominated for a 2^nd term, elections on 15/10/2022

"The administrative advisory board of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) unanimously decided to nominate president Herbert Hainer for a second term in office," announced the club on 30/08/2022.

Elected to succeed Uli Hoeness on 15/11/2019, Herbert Hainer will have to win the votes of the Bavarian club's members during the elections to be held at its annual general meeting in the Audi Dome (Munich, GER) on 15/10/2022. Dieter Mayer and Walter Mennekes were also unanimously chosen to stand for a second three-year term as vice-presidents.

"t is an honour for me to be a part of this club with its unique fanbase, and I am therefore happy to stand for election by the members. Ever since I stood on the terraces myself as a teenager, my heart has beaten for FC Bayern," said Herbert Hainer.
