Serie A TIM: RedBird Capital Partners (USA) officially acquires AC Milan for €1.2bn

The American investment fund RedBird Capital Partners has concluded with Elliott Advisors UK Limited, the European subsidiary of the also American fund Elliott Management, the acquisition of AC Milan (Serie A TIM) for €1.2bn, announced the Italian club on 31/08/2022. A final sale agreement had been concluded on 01/06/2022.
