Basketball: Fedcom acquires media rights to the Euroleague & EuroCup (2022-2026) for France (press)

Fedcom, a Russian company that sells raw materials (sulphur, fertilisers, cereals), has acquired the broadcasting rights in France and Monaco for the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and the 7Days EuroCup for the 2022-2026 cycle, according to information reported by the French sports daily L'Équipe on 29/08/2022.

The company, which is the majority shareholder of AS Monaco Basket (46.4% owner) and a partner in the Euroleague and Eurocup, is expected to launch its own streaming platform to broadcast the games, according to L'Équipe. The games of AS Monaco and LDLC ASVEL, the only representatives from the Betclic Elite in the Euroleague, will benefit from a special production system, at least for their home games, with pre- and post-game shows as well as the presence of commentators for each game.
