Serie A TIM: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (September 2022)

The 20 clubs competing in the 2022-23 Serie A TIM total more than 276 million fans on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/09/2022. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these four social networks combined, behind the Premier League (nearly 950 million fans) and LaLiga Santander (nearly 659 million), with an average of 13.8 million fans per club.

With more than 124 million fans in total across the four social networks, Juventus FC are the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (54 million) and FC Inter Milan (47 million).

Juventus FC, fourth in the Italian championship in 2021-22, posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of August 2022, with 1.4 million additional followers in total, just over half of which were on TikTok alone.

US Salernitana 191 posted the best percentage growth among the Serie A TIM clubs on TikTok (+57.1%), while promoted side US Cremonese dominated on the other three social networks: +14.1% on Twitter, +11.2% on Instagram and +10.4% on Facebook.
