AC Milan: new board of directors resulting from the RedBird takeover confirms P. Scaroni as chairman

The new board of directors of AC Milan (Serie A TIM) was appointed today at the shareholders' meeting held in Milan (Lombardy, ITA) following the acquisition of the club by RedBird (American investment fund), finalised on 31/08/2022, announced the Italian club on 14/09/2022.

"The new board is composed of Paolo Scaroni, Ivan Gazidis, Gerry Cardinale, Alec Scheiner, Niraj Shah, Isaac Halyard, Gordon Singer, Giorgio Furlani and Stefano Cocirio. The board, which met after the shareholders' meeting, has reappointed Paolo Scaroni as chairman and Ivan Gazidis as chief executive officer of the club," said AC Milan.

"Today marks a new phase in the club's development process, in the name of continuity and quality.
