Belgium: Proximus, RTL and 2Be extend their TV rights for the Champions League for 2015-2018

The pay-TV group Proximus TV (formerly Belgacom TV) and the free-TV groups RTL Belgium and 2Be and extended their broadcasting rights, in Belgium, for the Champions League for the 2015 to 2018 period, the companies announced on 09/10/2014.

Proximus TV retains the rights to broadcast live all the matches of the Champions League (play-offs to the final) and the 2015-2018 editions of the European Super Cup, which places together the previous year's winner of the Champions League and the Europa League. Matches and summaries of the Champions League will be broadcast the Proximus channel 11+.

RTL Belgium retains the rights to broadcast live on free-TV 34 matches per season for the French-speaking areas of Belgium (play-offs to the final). Matches and summaries will be available on the channel RTL Club. 2Be acquires rights to broadcast live on free-TV 29 matches per season for the Dutch-speaking areas of Belgium (play-offs to the final), and the 2015-2018 editions of the European Super Cup.
