United States: CBS to broadcast the French, Italian and German women's first divisions in 2022-23

CBS Sports (owned by US conglomerate Paramount Global) has acquired the non-exclusive US broadcast rights to the D1 Arkema, Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga and Serie A TimVision for the 2022-23 season, announced the US pay-TV bouquet on 23/09/2022.

The rights were acquired via a sublicensing agreement with the US women's football streaming service ata football. At least 15 matches from the 2022-23 season will be broadcast on the pay-TV channel CBS Sports Network. The two D1 D1 matches between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique Lyonnais as well as the two Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga fixtures between FC Bayern Munich and VfL Wolfsburg will be broadcast by the channel.

CBS Sports also holds the English-language broadcasting rights for the Barclays Women's Super League in the United States for the 2022-2024 cycle. ata football acquired the broadcasting rights to the Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga for the 2021-2023 cycle from Deutsche Telekom on 04/11/2021.
