India: Euro 2016 qualifiers streamed on LIV Sports (Internet and mobile)

The Singapore broadcaster MSM (Multi Screen Media), holder of the broadcasting rights on the Indian subcontinent for Euro 2016 qualifying (from 07/09/2014 to 17/11/2015) and the final phase of the tournament (France, from 10/06 to 10/07/2016), has now broadcasted, in India, European qualifying matches on its streaming platform LIV sports on the Internet and mobile since 13/10/2014.

The matches are available in live streaming, and are accompanied by enriched content such as statistics. The summary and highlights of the matches are available on-demand. Every match, live or on-demand, is available at the price of $3 (about €2.4).

  • The Indian subcontinent comprises the following countries: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan and Afghanistan.
  • In India, MSM broadcasts Euro 2016 qualification matches on the pay-TV channel Sony Six.
  • MSM launched LIV Sports on 02/06/2014, a few days before the start of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil; of which the group held the broadcast rights in India.
    • the LIV Sports platform broadcasted all the matches of the 2014 World Cup.
