OL Groupe: finalisation of the takeover by Eagle Football (USA) postponed until 21/10/2022

"Further to the press release of OL Groupe published on September 30/09/2022 before opening of the market, Eagle Football Holdings LLC, controlled by John Textor (USA), Pathé, IDG, Holnest and OL Groupe have agreed, through an amendment to their agreements, to set 21/10/2022 as the new closing date for completing the transaction (the acquisition of the majority of OL Groupe's capital by the American company Eagle Football)," announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), later on 30/09/2022. "The time necessary for this finalisation does not enable the completion of the transaction to take place on September 30/09/2022 as initially contemplated," stated the group the same day.
