Continental extends with the Dutch Federation and partners with the Chinese Federation

Continental, the German tyre manufacturer, extended its partnership to 2018 with the KNVB (Dutch Federation) on 10/10/2014, and became a partner of the CFA (Chinese Federation) until 2018 on 14/10/2014.

Continental has been associated with the KNVB since the 2010-11 season, and the partnership includes a campaign in the Netherlands on road safety.

The contract with the Chinese Federation is the first for the tyre company in Asia. Continental has increased, by nearly 10%, its sales in the Chinese market in 2013, and has more than 4,000 outlets in the country. The company employs 17,500 employees, 19 plants and 9 research and development centers in China.
