FC Barcelona: revenues of €1.017bn (+61.2%) and a net profit of €98m in 2021-22

FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) have posted revenues of €1.017bn (including transfers) for the 2021-22 financial year (from 01/07/2021 to 30/06/2022), up 61.2% on 2020-21 (€631m), announced the club on 06/10/2022. Barça's annual accounts still need to be approved by delegate members at the clubs next ordinary general assembly, scheduled on 09/10/2022.

"Without the effect of this extraordinary sale of 10% of the television rights to men’s LaLiga matches (€266m), the club still received €750m in other operating income, very close to the budgeted target and surpassing the result for the previous year by 119 million euros, mainly thanks to the gradual recovery from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic," explained the Catalan club.
