Ligue 1: Olympique Lyonnais post a net loss of €26.4m in 2013-14

Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1) reported a net loss of € 26.4 million during the 2013-14 financial year (from 01/07/2013 to 30/06/2014), announced the OL Groupe, the holding company of the club, on 14/10/2014. This net loss increased by €6.6m (up 36.84%) compared to 2012-13 (€ -19.9m).

Olympique Lyonnais recorded a turnover of €120.5m in 2013-14, a decrease of €17.1m (-12.4%) compared to the previous year (€137.6m). Excluding revenues on the sale of players, club revenues reached €104.4m in 2013-14, an increase of 3% compared to 2012-13 (€101.4m).

• Olympique Lyonnais recorded an EBITDA (gross operating surplus) loss of €7.5m in 2013-14.
• This is €18m less than in 2012-13 (+ €10.5m).
