Serie A TIM: "The road to economic recovery has already been embarked on" (A. Agnelli, Juventus FC)

"The road to economic recovery has already been embarked upon by the club, but it is a very demanding step-by-step path, appearing at the end of the three seasons marked by the pandemic and that has been through difficult times. From an economic-financial point of view, the 2021-22 financial statements, with a loss on the income statement of €254m, was certainly the gloomiest moment," wrote Andrea Agnelli, president of Juventus FC (Serie A TIM), on 06/10/2022.

The Italian executive expressed himself in a letter addressed to the shareholders of the Turin-based club. The letter follows the publication of Juventus FC's accounts on 23/09/2022. The club's revenues for the 2021-22 financial year were down to €443.4m (-7.7% compared to 2020-21) and posted a net loss of €254.3m (compared to €209.9m in 2020-21).
