Sporting Clube Braga: Qatar Sports Investments acquires 21.67% of the capital of the Portuguese club

Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), the sports investment arm of the Emirate of Qatar, has signed an agreement to become a minority shareholder in Sporting Clube de Braga (Liga Portugal Bwin) with a 21.67% stake, announced the two parties on 10/10/2022.

Already the of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), QSI thus acquires the stake of Olivedesportos SGPS SA, the Portuguese club's historical shareholder. "Closing of the acquisition of the shares in SC Braga by QSI will take place in the next few months, subject to certain closing conditions," said Qatar Sports Investments.
