Qatar 2022: FIFA & AB InBev (beer) launch fan zones in 6 cities on the sidelines of the tournament

The Belgian brewery group AB InBev and FIFA are organising "FIFA Fan Festivals" for fans in six cities around the world during the 2022 World Cup: Dubai (UAE), London (ENG), Mexico City (MEX), Rio de Janeiro (BRA), São Paulo (BRA) and Seoul (KOR), announced the world body on 11/10/2022.

"All international FIFA Fan Festival events will feature live match broadcasts from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 as well as various entertainment-driven activities, including performances by popular international DJs, local musicians and artists, and appearances by FIFA Legends. Selected events will boast 4D audio that will bring the sounds from the matches in Qatar to local events," explained FIFA. A FIFA Fan Festival at Al Bidda Park (QAT) will also be the main fan zone for the competition.

Budweiser, an American brand owned by the AB InBev Group, has been a FIFA World Cup sponsor since 1986 and is committed until 2022.
