LFP: new headquarters in Paris (FRA) to be completed by the first quarter of 2024

A 3,560 m² building, located at 34-36 boulevard de Courcelles (Paris, FRA), which is undergoing a major renovation with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, is how CBRE, "the world's largest commercial real estate investment and services company", describes the future headquarters of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), on 11/10/2022.

"We are proud to have accompanied the LFP in the acquisition of its future headquarters from the Caisse de Retraite du Personnel Navigant Professionnel de l'Aéronautique Civile (CRPN, Commercial Aviation Providence Fund)," said CBRE, which specifies that the League "financed the acquisition of the building through a lease."

The acquisition of a new headquarters was announced at the LFP's general assembly on 08/06/2022. The League's current headquarters, at 6 rue Léo-Delibes (Paris, 16^th arrondissement), has become too cramped, forcing certain departments, such as communications, to move a hundred metres away to 88 avenue Kléber.
