Premier League: £3.6m in additional funding for the 72 National League clubs

The Premier League will provide an additional £3.6m (€4.1m) in funding for the 72 National League clubs (National League, fifth division, National League North and National League South, sixth division), on top of the £9m (€10.2m) already provided for the next three years, for a total of £12.6m (€14.3m), announced the English League on 05/10/2022.

The funding is being made available through the Premier League's partnership with the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) "to support the 72 National League clubs with running costs and sustainability and the network of club community organisations," explained the league.

This new investment comes on top of the Premier League Stadium Fund, which is making £33m (€37.5m) available over the 2023-2025 period to help clubs across the National League tier (including women's teams) ) to transform the stadium experience on match days and improve the sustainability of venues, by financing the maintenance or construction of new infrastructure.
