The UK-based bank Standard Chartered, main shirt sponsor of Liverpool FC (Premier League), will swap its logo for that of its "Futuremakers" initiative, for the club's home game versus Manchester City FC at Anfield (54,000 capacity) on Matchday 11 of the 2022-23 Premier League season, on Sunday 16/10/2022 (kick-off at 16:30 BST, 17:30 CET), announced the club on 11/10/2022. The logo will also be swapped for Liverpool WFC's Barclays Women's Super League match versus Arsenal Women on Sunday 23/10/2022 (kick-off at 12:00 BST, 13:00 CET).

"Futuremakers by Standard Chartered is the bank's global initiative aims to tackle inequality and promote greater economic inclusion for young people across its markets. It aims to raise $75m between 2019 and 2023 to empower the next generation to learn, earn and grow through programmes focusing on education, employability and entrepreneurship," explained the Merseyside club, whose players will sign the shirts, which will then be put up for auction in lots of two, from 25/10 to 08/11/2022.
