FC Barcelona: Spotify to display the logo of rapper Drake on shirts for the match versus Real Madrid

On the occasion of the Clásico between Real Madrid CF and FC Barcelona (Matchday 9 of the 2022-23 LaLiga Santander season, Sunday 16/10/2022), Spotify will activate its partnership with the Catalan club (of which it is the main shirt sponsor) and will display the logo of Canadian rapper Drake on the front of the players' shirts, announced Barça on 14/10/2022.


It will be "the first time that the club has replaced their partner's logo with an artist's logo - part of the alliance with Spotify. This type of exchange on the front of the jersey is scheduled to happen more as the season progresses," explained the club. The players will also wear a brand new training shirt with 'Drake' and '50' on the back, in reference to the artist's having become the first to exceed 50 billion streams on the platform.
