Ballon d'Or 2022: adidas, Karim Benzema's equipment supplier, celebrate with a special shirt & boots

adidas has activated its partnership with French international Karim Benzema (Real Madrid CF), winner of the 2022 Ballon d'Or, and is launching several actions, including a dedicated shirt, to celebrate his award, announced the German equipment manufacturer on 18/10/2022.

Karim Benzema was awarded the 66^th edition of the trophy created by the French magazine France Football during the ceremony organized at the Châtelet theater (Paris, FRA) on 10/17/2022. To mark the occasion, adidas has created a pair of golden X Speedportal boots especially for the player. The boots are extremely limited and are not for sale. Additionally, adidas and Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) have collaborated to launch a special edition of his club shirt with his number and name in gold letters, according to the German brand.
