Crystal Palace FC: 140-mile cycling challenge to raise funds for the club's Foundation in March 2023

Crystal Palace FC (Premier League) has renewed its cycling challenge, which will be named "Bike to Villa" in 2022-23, to raise revenue for its Palace for Life Foundation, announced the club on 13/10/2022.

Bike to Villa is a 140-mile bike ride starting from the club's stadium, Selhurst Park (suburb of London, ENG), on 03/03/2023 (at 08:30 local time) and arriving at Villa Park (Birmingham), home of Aston Villa FC, the following day. The aim is for each participant to raise money for the club's youth community. To take part, each rider must commit to raising a minimum of £500 (€570).

Participants will receive a free ticket to attend the Aston Villa - Crystal Palace Premier League match on Saturday 04/03/2022 and will have their bikes and themselves transported back to London after the match by the club.

In April 2022, over 30 cyclists rode 100 miles from Selhurst Park to St Mary's Stadium, home of Southampton FC, raising £34,000 for Palace for Life.
