OL Groupe: further postponement of the closing of the sale to Eagle Football (USA) to 17/11/2022

"Pathé, IDG Capital and Holnest, OL Groupe and Eagle Football have agreed to set the new closing date for completing the transaction on 17/11/2022 and on interim key milestones for signing of the debt and equity financing final documentation (triggering termination right (notwithstanding any other remedy) for the benefit of Pathé, IDG, Holnest and OL Groupe if any of the relevant interim milestone is not met)," announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) on 24/10/2022. The possibility of a termination of the transaction at the initiative of the current shareholders is mentioned for the first time, although the completion of the sale, initially scheduled for 30/09/2022, had already been postponed to 21/10/2022.
