LaLiga Santander: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (November 2022)

The 20 clubs in the 2022-23 LaLiga Santander season have nearly 673 million fans on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 02/11/2022. This total makes the Spanish first division the second most popular European Top 5 league on the four social networks combined, behind the Premier League (almost 800 million fans), with an average of 33.6 million fans per club.

Real Madrid CF is the most popular Spanish club with more than 307 million fans, while FC Barcelona, 2^nd, with more than 282 million, are ahead of Club Atlético de Madrid, in third place with 39 million.

2021-22 Champions League and LaLiga Santander winners Real Madrid posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of October 2022 with an additional 3.6 million followers in total, 42% of which were on Instagram alone. No other club participating in the European Top 5 performed better over the period.
