Paris 2024: Edouard Donnelly appointed executive director of operations

Edouard Donnelly has been appointed executive director of operations for Paris 2024 on 02/11/2022. Reporting to Étienne Thobois, CEO of Paris 2024, he will be in charge of overseeing the delivery of operations at and away from the competition venues, as well as coordinating the management of the main operations centre during the Games.

Edouard Donnelly worked for the Paris 2012 Bid Committee between 2004 and 2005. He was chief of staff to the CEO of the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France, Wales and Scotland, and later CEO of the French organising committee for the 2017 World Handball Championships.

With Étienne Thobois, Edouard Donnelly founded the marketing agency Keneo in 2008 (which became part of MKTG in 2016), before running the company between 2015 and 2018. In 2019, he joined Be Sport, a social network dedicated to sports, as managing director. In 2021, he founded RnK, a company specialising in sports events, with his brother David and Alexandre Ferracci (ex-MKTG).
