Bundesliga: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter accounts of the 18 clubs (November 2022)

The 18 clubs competing in the 2021-22 Bundesliga season have more than 189 million fans on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 03/11/2022. The Bundesliga, which has an average of 10.5 million fans per club, is the least followed European Top 5 league on these four social networks combined.

FC Bayern Munich, German champions in 2021-22, are the most popular German club with nearly 109 million followers, far ahead of Borussia Dortmund (42 million) and Bayer 04 Leverkusen (6 million).

Bayern was the club that posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of October 2022 with just over 1.2 million additional followers, 50% of which (+600,000 followers) were on TikTok alone.

SC Freiburg posted the best percentage growth on Instagram (+86.7%). VfB Stuttgart was the German club that posted the best percentage growth on TikTok (+66.7%), while RB Leipzig experienced the best growth on Facebook (+4.7%) and 1. FC Union Berlin on Twitter (+1.7%).
