FC Bayern Munich: opening of a football school in Taicang, the club's fourth in China

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) is opening a football school in Taicang (a city with a population of 970,000 in Jiangsu province, China), announced the club on 08/11/2022. This is the club's fourth football school in China.

"The long-term partnership includes, among other things, a regular exchange of experiences between Munich and Taicang as well as a permanent presence of FC Bayern youth coaches to support local football in Taicang," said the Bavarian club.

"Chinese football has enormous potential, which we also want to promote with this football school. FC Bayern has been supporting youth development in China for several years. We now want to continue on this path with the football school in Taicang and help to discover and develop new talents," said Oliver Kahn, CEO of the German club.
