Bundesliga: Mizuno to succeed Nike as FC Augsburg's equipment supplier for 5 seasons (2023-2028)

The Japanese brand Mizuno will become the official equipment supplier of FC Augsburg 1907 (Bundesliga) for five seasons from 2023-24 (2023-2028), announced the club on 15/11/2022.

Mizuno will succeed Nike, which has been committed to the German club since 2014-15 and whose contract expires at the end of the 2022-23 season. The American brand paid FC Augsburg an annual fee of €2.3m per season.

In 2022-23, only two clubs in the European Top 5 are under contract with Mizuno: SS Lazio (Serie A TIM) and VfL Bochum (Bundesliga), both of whom have been under contract since the beginning of the season.
