• Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander) closed the 2021-22 financial year with a turnover of €377m (compared to €325.5m in 2020-21) and a net loss of €22.6m. The club forecasts a turnover of €376m for 2022-23.
• Luis Enrique has launched a Twitch channel for the 2022 World Cup, according to the Spanish national team coach on his Twitter account on 14/11/2022.
• TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Bundesliga) has joined "Race to Zero", the UN's carbon neutrality programme, as part of COP27.
• The FFF and French football will pay tribute during the weekend of 19 and 20/11/2022 to referee Johan Hamel, who died of a stroke at the age of 42 on 15/11/2022.
• FIFA has reportedly rejected an extension offer from its official partner Hyundai (car manufacturer, KOR) covering the 2023-2030 cycle and estimated to be worth more than $600m (€580m), according to the specialised media on 18/11/2022. The proposal was reportedly made in 2019.
