Ligue 1: EA Sports extends with LOSC Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille and Lyon until 2016-17

The video game maker EA Sports extended its partnership with LOSC Lille, Girondins de Bordeaux, Olympique de Marseille and Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1) until the end of the 2016-17 season, the company announced on 23/10/2014. EA Sports had already announced an extension for the same duration with Paris Saint-Germain on 16/10/2014.

The French marketing agency Uniteam Sport led the negotiations with the five partner clubs. EA Sports will introduce different marketing campaigns such as the organisation of virtual matches on the edge of the pitch of the stadiums, which can be broadcast on giant screens in the stadiums before matches. The game maker will also allow fans to win match tickets through competitions on social networks. EA Sports will also offer dedicated content such as club-specific video content and exclusive covers. The FIFA 15 game was released in France on 26/09/2014.
