The Association of Tennis Professionals has presented "Love", a collection of NFTs generated from data captured during matches at the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals tournament in Turin (ITA), won by Serbian Novak Djokovic, announced the ATP on 19/11/2022. This collection of 300 NFTs will be launched on 06/12/2022.

Each NFT will represent specific data (fastest serve, tournament match ball, other match balls, etc.) which will be illustrated by a ball, a line and a colour. "Shadows and court lines will indicate each ball's location, velocity and direction of travel at the point of impact. Additional variables will be used to generate unexpected colours, texture and zoom," explained ATP.

This is the first Web3 operation for ATP, which is collaborating on this project with artist Martin Grasser and the digital collections platform Art Blocks Engine. "Web3 is unlocking incredible new opportunities to innovate and bring sport to life for fans. Love represents an exciting first step in the space for the ATP Tour," said Daniele Sanó, chief business officer at ATP.
