MLS: AEG to invest €12m into the stadium of the Los Angeles Galaxy to optimise the fan experience

AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group), the American promoter of sporting and entertainment events, and the owner of the Los Angeles Galaxy (MLS, USA-CAN), are investing more than $15m (€12m) into the StubHub Center (capacity 27,000) to optimise the fan experience, stated the LA Galaxy on 24/10/2014.

AEG Facilities, which funded the construction of the stadium in 2003 for $150m (€118m) and operates the enclosure, will install the largest LED screen in MLS with a surface of 459m². Investments will also be used to upgrade technical and locker room facilities, as well as new equipment for all of the teams of the franchise, from U-14 to the first team.
