Serie A: Andrea Rogg is the new director general of ACF Fiorentina

The Italian Andrea Rogg was appointed director of ACF Fiorentina (Serie A TIM) on 23/10/2014. The former director general of the Italian subsidiary of the German sports equipment supplier Puma will take office on 11/03/2014. The director general is a new position in the organisation of the Florentine club.

Andrea Rogg will work with club president Mario Cognigni. Before joining Puma in 2006, Rogg, 45 years old, had held managerial positions in the eyeglasses brand Marcolin and the distributor of optical products Luxottica.

  • Puma is the supplier of the Italian national team since 2003.
    • Andrea Rogg led the negotiations for the extension of this partnership in 2012.
    • The agreement now runs until 2018.
  • The kit supplier contract between Joma and  Fiorentina, started in 2012-13, expires at the end of the 2014-15 season.
