2023-24 Bundesliga: season to begin on 18/08/2023, final matchday (34) on 18/05/2024

The 2023-24 Bundesliga season will begin on 18/08/2023 (Matchday 1) and end with Matchday 34, the final matchday, on 18/05/2024, announced the DFB on 09/12/2022.

Among the main dates to remember during the 2023-24 season:
• Matchday 16 will be the only midweek matches of the season on 19 and 20/12/2023
• The German championship will resume after a winter break on 12/01/2024 (Matchday 17, end of the first half of the season)
• 2023 DFL-Supercup (between the 2022-23 Bundesliga champions and the DFB-Pokal winners) scheduled for 12/08/2023
• The first match in the 2.Bundesliga will be played on 28/07/2023
• Matchday 34, the final matchday of the 2.Bundesliga will be played on 19/05/2024
• DFB-Pokal final on 25/05/2024 at the Olympiastadion (Berlin, GER)

Germany will then host Euro 2024 from 14/06 to 14/07/2024.
