Argentina - France, the 2022 World Cup final, will be held at the Lusail Stadium (88,966 capacity) in Doha, Qatar, on Sunday 18/12/2022 (kick-off at 16:00 CET).

Both nations are seeking a third World Cup title. Argentina won the tournament in 1978 and 1986, while France won in 1998 and 2018. If they win on Sunday, France would become the first team to retain their title since Brazil and their 1958-1962 run.

Argentina - France will also see Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé, two of the three Paris Saint-Germain (owned by Qatar Sports Investments) stars (Neymar Jr was eliminated with Brazil in the quarter-finals by Croatia), clash. The two men faced each other in Russia in 2018 in the Round of 16, with Les Bleus winning 4-3 thanks with two goals from the Frenchman.
