OL Groupe: completion of the sale to John Textor's American company Eagle Football

"OL Groupe is pleased to confirm that the closing of the transactions with Eagle Football (USA) has now taken place. Eagle Football, controlled by John Textor (USA), has today acquired from the main historical shareholders of OL Groupe (Pathé, IDG Capital and Holnest) 39,201,514 shares issued by OL Groupe at a price of €3 per share and 789,824 osranes (bonds redeemable in new or existing shares, issued in 2013 and maturing on 01/07/2023) issued by OL Groupe at a price of €265.57 per osrane," announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) on 19/12/2022. The closing, initially scheduled for 30/09/2022, had since been postponed several times.

"Eagle Football has also today (19/12/2022) subscribed to a reserved capital increase of OL Groupe for a total amount of €86m, following the approval of this capital increase by the shareholders' general meeting of 29/07/2022 and its implementation by the board of directors dated 19/12/2022.
