Arcom has blocked 1,250 sites illegally broadcasting sports competitions during the year 2022, announced the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication on 20/12/2022.

"Over the period from 01/01 to 15/12/2022, Arcom received more than 80 referrals relating to 16 sports competitions, for a total of 739 domain names notified by the Authority to Internet service providers for blocking.
