FC Bayern Munich offers season tickets starting from €140 for Bundesliga matches played at the Allianz Arena (capacity 71,000) in 2014-15. The Bavarian club illustrates the willingness of German clubs to offer attractive rates to all their supporters. The lowest price of the league's season tickets averages €179.5 in 2014-15. However, this amount increased by 5% (€9) from 2013-14.

The most expensive season ticket price of the Bundesliga clubs averages €656.7 in 2014-15, an increase of 4% compared to 2013-14 (€630.4 average). The average price of the most expensive German league season tickets is still more affordable than the overall average price of season tickets in the four other major European leagues.

This lower ticketing policy is mainly for two reasons: the Bundesliga includes 18 clubs, so there are only 17 home matches instead of 19 (in 20-team leagues) to market, and the German stadiums have the largest capacity in Europe, with an average capacity of 47,200 in 2014-15.
