Paris Saint-Germain: Jean-Claude Blanc to step down as deputy CEO and join the Ineos group in 2023

"As part of Paris Saint-Germain’s (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) continuing transformation on and off the field, after 12 successful seasons, Jean-Claude Blanc (59), deputy CEO of Paris Saint-Germain, will bid a warm farewell to the club to pursue a new professional challenge later in 2023," announced the Parisian club on 26/12/2022.

"Jean-Claude Blanc’s end date will be confirmed in the new year while he manages the upcoming transition to a new executive. PSG’s new deputy CEO will be announced in the new year and will report to president and CEO Nasser Al-Khelaïfi," said the 2021-22 French champions.

Jean-Claude Blanc is expected to join Ineos (chemicals) as head of its sports division (cycling, Formula 1, sailing, rugby, athletics), according to the French daily L'Équipe on 27/12/2022. The British group is also the owner of OGC Nice (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) since 26/08/2019.

Prior to joining PSG in October 2011, Jean-Claude Blanc worked at Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) between 2006 and 2012, including as president during the 2009-10 season, before being replaced by Andrea Agnelli in April 2010. He was…
